CCTV footage of the ghost of the Earl of Sefton at Croxteth Hall

Paranormal
Experts have been commissioned by Liverpool City Council to investigate CCTV footage which seems to show a glowing white figure prowling the grounds of Croxteth Hall. Some believe that the 400 year old Croxteth Hall is haunted by Hugh William Osbert Molyneux who was the 7th Earl of Sefton. Lord Molyneux was the last Earl of Sefton and friend of King Edward VIII. Is this just a publicity stunt by a savvy Liverpool City Council looking to boost city visits?
